    Hammehr invites applications for the role of Senior .NET Developer on behalf of our client for a full-time permanent opportunity.

    Our client is seeking someone who is passionate about driving technical projects and leading a team towards achieving software excellence.

    This role is perfect for someone who loves to tackle complex technical challenges and thrives in a leadership position, guiding both projects and people.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coding and Development: Write highquality code, lead feature implementation, and address critical programming tasks to ensure the highest standard of code quality through rigorous practices and standards.
    • Technical Leadership: Serve as the expert in software design and architecture. Conduct thorough code reviews, advocate for best practices, and solve challenging problems to enhance our software solutions.
    • Agile Practices: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, provide vital technical input during sprint planning, and assist in workload estimations.
    • Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with Product Management to comprehend business requirements and translate them into actionable and clear user stories. Communicate project objectives and updates effectively to all stakeholders.
    • Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members, promoting an environment of technical growth, collaboration, and constructive feedback.
    • Quality Assurance: Champion the implementation of automated testing and other quality assurance methods to ensure software reliability and performance. Participate in Sprint Retrospectives to drive continuous process improvements.
    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years of coding experience in software development with a proven track record of developing, maintaining, and scaling highperformance software applications.
    • Proficient in .Net, C#, SQL, ASP.NET
    • Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap and any frontend frameworks of Angular2+, NuxtJS or VueJS
    • Experience in an Agile environment. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence is essential.
