The HR Operations team at TikTok is committed to maintaining high quality standards and seamless processes for the Lifecycle Operations function.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Do you have at least 3 years of HR operations experience? Are you well-versed in process improvement, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS administration? Join us in Vancouver and bring your expertise to our high-volume tech start-up. Additionally, knowledge of labor and compliance laws in Canada and the USA, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication skills are a must. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
