    Description
    Job Title: Bilingual (French/English) Accounts Receivable Representative
    Location: Brampton - ONSITE
    Industry: Distribution
    Salary: $60,000 -$65,000+, plus excellent benefits, RSP plan and opportunity to grow

    Our client is a national distributor with multiple facilities across Canada and aggressively growing
    This role will have you reporting into the National Credit Manager and working at HQ within a growing accounting team in an exciting, fast paced environment.

    The duties will include the following:
  • Review and analyze AR aging
  • Initiate collection calls and maintain collection notes with expected payment dates
  • Review with National Credit & Risk Manager accounts that require 3rd party intervention.
  • Maintain credit group collection metrics.
  • Responding to inquiries from other departments regarding COD orders
  • Cash Applications, reconciliations and invoice resolution
  • Escalate discrepancy information for investigation and resolution
  • Credit reviews prior to shipments and order releases
  • Preparation of monthly reports for National Credit Manager
  • Administer adjustments, refunds, journal entries and for AR management
    • Qualifications:
  • College Diploma or Degree in relative field, pursuing CCP an asset.
  • 3+ years of Credit and Collections experience within manufacturing or distribution industries
  • Fluent in French and English communication skills, both written and verbal is MANDATORY
  • This is ON-SITE 100% in Brampton
