    Objectif du rôle :

    Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement d'un client majeur du domaine industriel et de son NOC au Saguenay nous recherchons un administrateur réseau pour rejoindre une belle équipe dynamique et aider à effectuer du support technique de niveau 2 sur les technologies Cisco, capable de gérer des réseaux IP d'entreprise, de centres de données et des réseaux Wifi ; des pares-feux. Le candidat idéal doit également pouvoir un support d'escalade et assurer la liaison avec les représentants des clients, les vendeurs et soutenir/diriger d'autres membres du personnel de support le cas échéant. Une expérience en intégration de nouveaux produits réseautique au sein d'une équipe opérationnelle est un atout.

    Description du poste :

    L'assistance réseau comprend principalement le dépannage des problèmes liés au réseau, y compris la résolution des pannes/incidents, ainsi que des fonctions plus avancées de demande de service.

  • Rejoindre les appels de récupération avec différentes équipes pour la résolution d'incidents de haute prioritaires dans le cadre de l'accord de niveau de service.
  • Surveillance du réseau, administration à distance, configuration, dépannage, mise en place, déploiement, IP Scheme de dépannage, configuration, déploiement, schéma IP, protocole IP, mise en œuvre et support des adresses IP, routage, etc.
  • Fournir des solutions aux défauts de conception ainsi que des idées d'amélioration du service.
  • Excellente connaissance de l'architecture du réseau client au niveau de l'entreprise.
  • Coordination avec d'autres équipes de support pour la résolution des problèmes (si nécessaire).
  • Assurer la réussite de la mise en œuvre des changements nécessaires pour le réseau, l'optimisation des performances, les nouvelles exigences, etc.
  • Excellente communication et coordination des événements pendant
  • Expérience dans la documentation des services de réseau, par exemple : critères et normes de conception, documentation de la topologie.
  • Documentation appropriée des incidents et des demandes de service
  • Traitement approprié des incidents remontés par le niveau 2 du NOC.
  • Expérience dans l'interaction avec les centres TAC pour les fournisseurs d'équipement et les fournisseurs de services WAN.
  • Support 24x7

    • Exigence du poste :

  • Expérience en troubleshooting niveau 2-3
  • Expérience avec des commuateurs et routeurs CISCO
  • Préférence d'expérience en NOC
  • Connaissance des protocoles FTP, TFTP, HTTP, DHCP
  • Maîtrise des technologies WAN et LAN

    • Langue :

    Francais et anglais courant

    Certification :

    CCNA ou CCNP
