- Handling inbound freight claims arising from damaged or lost shipments during transit.
- Investigate and settling claims in accordance with carrier liability rules and regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight claims management.
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management is an asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Pay rate $21.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
- 6-month contract, hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days at home
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
