- Work closely with key client stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand, analyze and assess their requirements and inputs, facilitate discussions, and suggest the best practice solution framework to address their needs.
- Prepare estimates and critical paths to meet objectives, deadlines, budget and quality deliverables.
- Document clients' requirements to obtain their approval.
- Identify and manage all project dependencies, mitigate risks and plan contingency measures.
- Coordinate with development, quality assurance (QA) and support teams to ensure that clients' requirements and delivery deadlines are clearly defined.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to properly manage the client relationship and deliverable expectations.
- Review the client's solution for completeness, usability and compliance with requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training to our clients.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience within software as a service (SaaS) company.
- Experience with clients' integration.
- Strong listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Experience as a business analyst in the field of enterprise solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in research and documentation.
- Confidence and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Extensive experience of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of software applications and work experience within a software development environment.
- University degree in software development and/or project management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Business Analysis in a software environment.
