In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

This is a hybrid paid position for the duration of May to September._

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the creation of annual leasing budgets and business plans
Conduct market research, reports and analysis to present and support leasing transactions
Draft offers to lease for Leasing Managers as well as deal input into internal systems
Accompany Leasing Managers on tours of properties and operate in a fastpaced environment
Liaise with internal teams including Asset Management, Property Management, Investments, Development and Accounting to manage the portfolio and drive returns
Special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled in university, ideally in a business or real estate related degree and planning to return to school fall 202
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment with an interest in sales and negotiation.
Eager for exposure to bestpractice real estate processes and procedures
