    POSITION:
    Enterprise Account Executive


    TERRITORY:

    Hamilton to Niagara & surrounding areaMacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.

    Our client is a prominent global systems integrator who is on the hunt for an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow business in the Hamilton to Niagara corridor and surrounding area.

    The EAE will be a vertical subject matter expert for the Government, Education, and Healthcare sectors so previous experience selling into any of these verticals will be a strong asset.

    You will inherit a book of business but will also be expected to hunt for net new business using a consultative solution selling skill set.

    This position is accountable for the development of strong relationships with national team members (internal resources), solid partnerships with industry influencers, and alignment with strategic customer clients (end users).


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree is highly preferred ideally in either business or engineering5-7 years of proven sales experience including 2 years successfully dealing with enterprise customersProven ability to drive sales activity and close businessHighly energetic and results-orientedStrong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage sales territory; driven and self-motivatedStrong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutionsCompensation:Salary plus uncapped commission ~120-130K OTE year 1Vehicle reimbursement planBenefit plan (medical, dental, etc.)RRSP planTuition reimbursementIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply online.
