Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, we're looking for a part time Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team within a rapidly expanding Canadian company, contributing to meaningful work that truly makes a difference.


  • Conduct client intake assessments via phone or video, build rapport with potential clients, and guide them through meetings with multiple therapists until they find the right fit within our clinic
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to ensure they receive topquality care, regardless of their client status
  • Coordinate the clinic's and therapists' schedules, monitor the waitlist, and optimize appointment allocation for efficient scheduling
  • Ensure all therapy sessions and consultations are scheduled, and address any scheduling issues promptly
  • Manage video therapy rooms for seamless online sessions, including adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Assist therapists with administrative tasks to streamline client care
  • Generate regular reports and support data requests for clinic operations and decisionmaking
  • Demonstrate empathy, possess clinical expertise, and handle challenging situations effectively to deliver exceptional care

Requirements:


  • Available Sunday-Wednesday (approximately 20hours)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and understanding approach to client interactions
  • Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficiency with technology and software related to scheduling, communication, and video conferencing
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
