Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, we're looking for a part time Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team within a rapidly expanding Canadian company, contributing to meaningful work that truly makes a difference.
- Conduct client intake assessments via phone or video, build rapport with potential clients, and guide them through meetings with multiple therapists until they find the right fit within our clinic
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to ensure they receive topquality care, regardless of their client status
- Coordinate the clinic's and therapists' schedules, monitor the waitlist, and optimize appointment allocation for efficient scheduling
- Ensure all therapy sessions and consultations are scheduled, and address any scheduling issues promptly
- Manage video therapy rooms for seamless online sessions, including adjustments and troubleshooting
- Assist therapists with administrative tasks to streamline client care
- Generate regular reports and support data requests for clinic operations and decisionmaking
- Demonstrate empathy, possess clinical expertise, and handle challenging situations effectively to deliver exceptional care
Requirements:
- Available Sunday-Wednesday (approximately 20hours)
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and understanding approach to client interactions
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficiency with technology and software related to scheduling, communication, and video conferencing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Salary $50,000$55,000 (prorated)
