    Description
    Our client is searching for an experience Senior Accountant to join their team in Calgary. A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing managing and supervising all aspects of the company's accounting functions.
    Review and approve bookkeeping entries and sweeps prepared by the bookkeeper.
    Monitor daily maintenance of cash accounts, bank account reconciliations.
    Oversee the accounts payable process.
    Manage cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash utilization.
    Prepare tax returns.
    Maintain Monthly Investment Schedules.
    Oversee and assist with treasury management.
    Assist with investment opportunity research.
    Review capital asset listings.
    Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and CPA / CA preferred.
    Proficient in Office Suite and MS Teams.
    Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
    Competency in Dynamics NAV and Jet Reports are considered assets.
