- Oversee any PL anomalies, identify the reasons and solve the problems
- Review pricing of portfolios with multiple asset classes, for exchange traded and OTC Securities
- Respond to client queries
- Manage the new client onboarding processes, make sure the intake process is completed with the highest available standards
- Ensure SLAs are strictly followed, proactively escalate any potential problems
- Work with custodians and other third-parties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to management
- Communicate any operational issues and arise to Associate Director
- Maintain a good relationship with client contacts and respond client queries
- Take the responsibility of being the point of operations contact for the allocated funds
- Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology
- Strictly follow MUFG standards, procedures and controls while performing the job
- University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Creativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiency
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
- Strong understanding of market practices, accounting methods and P&L calculations of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options & OTC products
