    Description

    We've got a fantastic fixed term opportunity for a Legal /Property Administrator to join our team based in Newmarket.

    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property and legal intricacies? We're on the lookout for a Property Administrator who brings administrative finesse with experience in either Legal, property or conveyancing matters to join our Legal team

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Legal Expertise : Utilize your Legal, conveyancing or property experience to navigate legal documents and consents related to property.
    • Administrative Mastery : Handle administrative tasks with precision, reviewing, record-keeping, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Technology Savvy : Utilize property management software and tools proficiently to capture master data and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Research / Investigation: Conducting thorough research on property titles, deeds, and related documents

    The ideal candidate:

    • Legal, conveyancing or property experience required
    • Good working knowledge of property law documents
    • Work proactively to enhance operational efficiency
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proficiency in legal software and databases.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
