- GIS / CAD data maintenance, modernization and consolidation processes
- Creation of CAD drawing in AutoCAD/Microstation and automation of block profiles
- Bentley ProjectWise & ESRI products
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working in the role of a Business/System Analyst;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working in gathering and analyzing business requirements to produce detailed specifications for a development team;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working in current and future state process mapping;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working in analyzing and designing geospatial technology (i.e., CAD, GIS, FME) solutions;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working with Bentley ProjectWise & ERSI products;
- Demonstrated aptitude to work autonomously, make decisions daily with little supervision, and assume ownership over work assigned;
- The ability to mentor technical and functional resources;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Demonstrated business knowledge in a wide range of business functions related to municipal government or other large organizations;
- Demonstrated project management, planning, reporting and estimating experience.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working with verbal and written communication methods to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
