    Required Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge and experience on SCCM, Packaging and MS Intune
    • End Point support through Active Directory, Intune, and Azure AD
    • Create, Manage and maintain Software images for supported Desktops and Devices.
    • Perform Malicious Software protection activities in accordance with the Procedures Manual to confirm that all images are free of Malicious Software.
    • Notify customer of the availability of new releases, upgrades and patches for supported Desktop Software and Devices.
    • Manage, schedule, and deploy the installation of patches on supported servers, computers, and Devices in accordance with Change Management Process and the Procedures Manual, in a fashion that minimizes disruption to End Users.
    • Confirm that testing of new releases, upgrades and patches has been performed successfully and maintain 95% patch compliance SLA.
    • Maintain hardware and software required to support and distribute the SOE, software installations and update packages.
    • Create package for electronic installation of new releases, upgrades, and patches for TransAlta supported applications, where possible, or else perform manual installation.
    • To package applications for deployment to various workstations and server devices.
    • To follow industry best practices for optimal deployment of applications and Application compatibility.
    • RBAC Access Management for Resources and Resource Groups.
    • Azure Virtual Desktop Experience

    Good to have:

    • Maintain and Automate Hygiene for ongoing governance on Azure (Orphaned Disks, Public IPs, Scaling schedules etc).
    • PowerShell Scripting
    • Azure Cloud platform experience
