The Product Requirements Team Lead is expected to work on the requirements baselines of respective Felix Payments Systems Ltd.'s (FPS) products and will take guidance from the Product Design Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that the requirements baseline is maintained to high standards within the team.
  • Develop requirements documentation as required that aligns with the established company practices.
  • Participate in peerreviews of product requirements baselines.
  • Provide teammates with technical leadership and guidance through coaching and mentorship.
  • Develop requirements documentation as required that aligns with the established company practices.
  • Work with other senior members to improve established company requirements documentation practices during reviews of practices takes place.
  • Collaborate with FPS technical and commercial teams to plan and design future work.
  • Work with system engineering/architect in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
  • Assess opportunities for process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
  • Adhere to highquality development principles while delivering solutions ontime and onbudget.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years' of relevant experience.
  • Leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Experience with 3 or more of the techniques/artefacts listed.
  • Experience using and planning based on agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
