    We're looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Senior) in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or Security Operations (SecOps) space, who is experienced at working with a wide range of client stakeholders in software application development space.

    They have demonstrable experience in ServiceNow implementation and process improvement initiatives.

    Being an adaptable, resilient self-starter who is able to remain laser-focused on high-quality deliverables will set you up for success.

    Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is essential to be successful in this role.

    Analyze and understand client's Risk management and Security Operations processes while identifying areas where ServiceNow's IRM and SecOps solutions can be leveraged for process improvement.

    Create high quality detailed stories that reflect and translate the business needs into technical details for the development team
    Work as a liaison between EY development teams and client stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle
    Create thorough documentation e.g. job aids, training material, test scripts, etc., to aid the implementation and continuous utilization of solution
    Assist the EY development team in Unit testing
    Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and functionalities of ServiceNow's IRM and SecOps solutions
    3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, management of requirements and delivery of projects with ServiceNow.
    ~ Experience in implementing ServiceNow projects
    ~ Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations modules

    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk & Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response
    Proficiency in business requirements gathering, analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
    Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
    Ability to mentor novice staff and drive quality, value and best practices.
    Bilingual - English and French is a plus
