    About the Role

    As a Senior Product Designer on the Home Care Plan team, you will collaborate and iterate to create user-friendly experiences from complex problems. You will be in charge of projects from start to finish, measuring success through data and user research. Your input will be crucial in planning the roadmap, designing features, and ensuring the quality of our products, impacting both user and business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Design customer-centric experiences with quantifiable business outcomes
    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to lead product direction, define strategies, shape the roadmap, and create design solutions
    • Utilize research and qualitative data to inform design and development choices
    • Deepen understanding of customers while concentrating on key metrics
    • Create multiple concepts and prototypes rapidly; knowing when to focus on details and when to produce low-fi sketches and prototypes
    • Test, learn, and iterate; addressing current issues and exploring new possibilities through experimentation

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 6+ years of product design experience
    • Portfolio demonstrating impactful projects highlighting your design process
    • Showcase strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills with a user-centered approach
    • Balance quality craftsmanship with agility, speed, and iterative experimentation
    • Demonstrate a bias for action and comprehend how your work influences users and the business
    • Experience in crafting customer experiences leading to measurable and sustainable growth
    • Strong collaboration across functions and adept stakeholder management skills

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience in contributing to product strategy through design sprints, planning sessions, and team brainstorms
    • Design background in a two-sided marketplace environment
    • Proficiency in prototyping with Figma
