The Business Modernization and Digital Delivery Branch develops and guides business modernization and digital strategies, solutions and ongoing improvement plans to optimize service delivery and effectively response to new and changing program needs.
The branch is also a centre of excellence for client experience, lean and business re-engineering, operational policy and deployment and change management.

What can I expect to do in this role?: You will:
- Lead the development and implementation of change management projects and strategies for business modernization initiatives.
- Conduct research and change management analysis that focuses on the people side of change and compile and interpret data, identify risks and mitigations to enable senior management to make informed decisions.
- Develop and monitor transition activity plans and schedules; report on deliverables and milestones and promote the achievement of established timelines
- Design, develop and implement communication strategies, engagement plans and briefing materials

Technical Skills:
- You can lead change initiatives and develop and implement integrated plans to support the people side of change
- You can create and assess performance metrics to determine efficiency and effectiveness
Communication:
- You have developed written communication skills to prepare projectrelated communications, reports and briefing materials.
- You have oral communication skills to exchange information with executives, project teams and other stakeholders to present, convey potential opportunities, identify shortfalls, emerging trends and other issues
- You have technical skills to create compelling visual forms of communication and reports for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Relations and Influencing Skills:
- You have advisory, consultation and relationship management skills to build positive relationships with leaders and other stakeholders
- You can lead conversations to seek consensus by employing strong collaboration and negotiation skills
- You have relationship management skills
Analysis and Problem-Solving skills:
You can:
- You can lead the identification of options and alternatives and formulate potential change management solutions
- Research and analyze effective approaches, risks and efficiencies, assess change management analysis results and anticipate and assess stakeholder concerns
- You create customized data reporting/analysis tools and summaries to isolate and analyze data, interpret findings, assess implications, and summarize results
- You can lead or project manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines
