    Description
    A global manufacturer specialist in lab equipment is looking for a bilingual, dynamic and charismatic member for their team
    This member will be working with various channels of communication to provide excellent customer service to their scientific customers.
    Fluency level bilingualism in English and French is a must ( oral and written)

    The salary is between $22 to $24 per hour.

    The schedule is :
    -8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    • Monday to Friday.
    This is a work from home position (remote)

    Responsibilities
    As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

    • Responding to customers via e-mail, phone, and other channels.
    • Be able to understand the customers needs to provide them with a solution
    • Identify the customers inquiry and direct ensure proper course of action
    • Attend meetings and assigned trainings to acquire knowledge on products, documents, product compliance and any other work duties
    • Responsible for providing product documentation support including manuals, data sheets, quality certificates and others as needed.
    • Help customers on buying decisions while implementing upselling opportunities.
    • Processes and updates customer orders/quotes and/or changes orders/quotes in a timely and accurate manner meeting productivity metrics.
    • Followup on orders, customer requests, complaints, returns and advice of any delays in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for national security requirements and export compliance of all transactions.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    The qualifications needed for this position are:

    • Fluency level bilingualism in English and French is a must ( oral and written)
    • Min 1 2 years customer service related experience.
    • Proven ability using the Internet and

    Microsoft Office:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with ability to learn other software as needed. Experience using an AS400 and/ or other Customer database Management system is a plus.

    • Capable of using learned knowledge to drive in the moment business decisions.
    • Aptitude to learn and comprehend scientific vocabulary/terminology.
    • Thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressures, within deadlines or other time essential constraints.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
    • Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.
