You will work with Product Managers, Economists and Scientists to solve complex problems at Amazon-scale, bringing your engineering skills together with the powers of AWS to launch solutions that will have direct customer impact. You will mentor and lead engineers as they deliver on your vision, setting a high bar for success and providing feedback to aid in their growth.

    - Integrate your work with high volume and low latency distributed systems
    - Measure the impact of your work through rapid experimentation
    - Drive innovation through proof of concepts to spin-off new initiatives
    - Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
