    Trans Mountain operates Canada's only pipeline system transporting oil products to the West Coast.

    We deliver approximately 300,000 barrels of petroleum products each day through 1,150 kilometres of pipeline in Alberta and British Columbia, and 111 kilometres of pipeline in Washington state.

    As a Contract Administrator with Trans Mountain, you'll have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of supply chain management and project management professionals.

    This position is based in our Calgary office.
    The organization of progress and update meetings with the Contractor and the recording of minutes of same.

    The initiation, coordination, and follow up of data into SCM and other Project Systems with respect to the Contract.

    Verification of all financial calculations submitted by the Contractor.
    Resolution of Contractor invoice discrepancies.
    Maintain regular communication with the Contractor.
    Support Claim Manager and dispute resolution activities.
    Additional duties may include coordinating performance tracking and verification and managing the contract database and all associated files.
    This position may also undertake special projects as part of the Project execution requirements.
    An undergraduate degree in an engineering; legal or business-related subject with focus on Supply Chain Management.
    Prior completion of specialized procurement or business administration training, SCMP or NCMA designation would be an asset.

    Industry experience must include experience in major project environment and management of all types of contracts, preparation of procurement and contract documents; supporting contractor/supplier negotiations.

    Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team of project professionals, maintain high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
