    Job Summary

    Looking for a Customer Service Representative position? Look no further! At this role, you will be an essential part of managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional assistance to our cherished residents. Beyond these duties, you will actively participate in promoting our array of products and services to existing and potential clientele. This role necessitates top-notch communication skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a heartfelt dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Marketing Manager characterizes this exciting opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
    • Offer precise information on products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive outcome.
    • Support current residents with inquiries related to their accounts and procedures.
    • Coordinate with other departments to streamline solutions and improve the customer journey.
    • Meticulously record customer interactions and transactions.
    • Perform any other assigned duties as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from a reputable college or university.
    • Prior experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
    • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Adept at managing a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
    • Skilled in utilizing customer service software and other pertinent tools.
    • Maintain a positive demeanor, showcase empathy, and adopt a customer-centric approach.
    • Capable of excelling both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
