Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the dispatch team.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the performance of the dispatch team and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to new and existing staff members.
  • Maintain records of customer orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

- dispatching: 3 years (preferred)
