    Description
    Job Description
    • Effectuer l'élaboration de méthodes et la validation des procédures d'analyse des substances médicamenteuses et des produits pharmaceutiques.
    • Rédiger des protocoles, rédiger des méthodes et des rapports techniques pour le département de recherche et développement et les clients
    • Exécuter des expériences, en suivant les procédures d'exploitation standard, les programmes de contrôle des écarts et des changements de l'entreprise et les directives cGMP.
    • Rédiger et réviser des données techniques, des documents, des SOP et des propositions, au besoin.
    • En cas d'échec d'un test, faire immédiatement rapport au chef de service ou à la personne désignée avant de poursuivre le test, diriger/aider les enquêtes sur les défaillances pour identifier la cause de la défaillance et préparer un rapport d'écart et/ou des mesures préventives correctives (CAPA) si cela est approprié.
    • S'assurer que la documentation du bon de travail est complète à tous égards et que tous les résultats sont entrés dans le système électronique d'information de laboratoire ou dans le certificat d'analyse du client avant de les soumettre à l'examinateur de l'assurance de la qualité.
    • Assurez-vous que l'équipement est entretenu correctement. Effectuer également des étalonnages et des qualifications, au besoin.
    • Superviser, former, encadrer et guider les analystes/scientifiques dans leur travail.
    Qualifications
    • Formation : M.Sc./Ph.D.
    • Expérience : 5+ ans d'expérience dans un environnement de chimie pharmaceutique, capacité démontrée à remplir des rôles/tâches plus complexes tels que mentionnés ci-dessus.
    • Doit être compétent dans l'utilisation de divers types de logiciels informatiques (Word, Excel. PowerPoint et Outlook).
    • Capacité avérée à gérer et à coordonner plusieurs projets dans un environnement hautement professionnel et au rythme rapide.
    • Démontre d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
    • Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres et de manière autonome.
    • Compétences avérées en gestion du temps et grand souci du détail.
