- Jouer un rôle clé dans la préparation de la feuille de route relative à la planification et à l'implantation de solutions d'affaires TI touchant les solutions analytiques et les processus opérationnels d'investissement.
- Jouer un rôle de premier plan entre l'équipe TI et les partenaires d'affaires concernant la transposition des besoins d'affaires en « user stories » et/ou spécifications fonctionnelles TI.
- Prendre en charge l'analyse de problématiques complexes, recommander des solutions efficaces et faciliter leur implantation.
- Être un contributeur clé à la conception des solutions d'affaires TI et assurer leur arrimage avec les objectifs et les exigences de nos partenaires d'affaires.
- Être responsable du cycle de livraison du portefeuille applicatif et des nouvelles améliorations issues de la planification, de la conception, du développement, des essais et de l'implantation.
- Jouer un rôle de soutien important dans le support, la résolution d'incidents, la résolution de problèmes et l'amélioration continue touchant les solutions analytiques et les processus opérationnels d'investissement.
- Capacité à naviguer dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement avec une grande autonomie
- Esprit d'initiative éprouvé et curiosité de regarder au-delà des faits apparents pour être en mesure d'effectuer une recherche rigoureuse, factuelle et apportant une plus-value
- Souci du détail et approche rigoureuse en matière de recherche, d'analyse et de documentation
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, à cultiver des relations fructueuses avec ses collègues et les clients
- Baccalauréat en informatique et/ou combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée équivalente
- 5 années d'expérience en analyse d'affaires et administration de système dans le domaine de l'investissements financiers et d'outils analytiques
- Expérience dans le secteur d'investissements institutionnels financiers est un atout crucial
- Connaissance des produits financiers sur les marchés publics, un atout
- Expérience des API et des flux de données de Bloomberg (B-PIPE, MARS, TSADF), un atout
- Excellente connaissance de divers modèles de conception logicielle liés aux environnements EAI et BI/analytique
- Compétences techniques englobant les principales technologies de bases de données Web et Microsoft, notamment celles liées à l'Internet et à l'infonuagique (microservices et API/REST)
- Expérience des technologies évolutives, comme HTML5, Angular et Splunk
- Connaissance de la messagerie en XML : schémas, langage XSLT et notation des objets du langage Java (JSON)
- Connaissance pratique des bases de données et architectures traditionnelles : Windows, Microsoft (MS) SQL Server
- Atout de connaître des technologies cloud (Azure SQL, Snowflake, etc)
- Bilinguisme (Anglais et Français)
