    We are seeking a skilled Translations Process Optimization Specialist t o join our esteemed team at Alexa Translations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency and maintaining our Translation Management Software (TMS) - Plunet.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive process optimization and facilitate the continuous improvement of our industry-leading translation solutions.

    If you are passionate about optimizing processes, driving operational efficiency, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional translation solutions, we invite you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.

    Update and maintain the Plunet database to ensure structure and accuracy.
    Provide support through the analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    Organize and conduct training sessions regarding diverse Plunet aspects, equipping the team with tips and recommendations.
    Create and assign projects
    Export Plunet data to work on reports

    Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.

    Proficiency in Translation Management Software, specifically Plunet, with a demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and optimization.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and train users on software functionalities.
    Advanced Excel knowledge for reporting purposes.
