    Your mission would be:


    • Design and execute manual test cases for software;


    • Participate in the design reviews and follow the testing strategy/planning (functional, integration, performance);


    • Design and execute validation specifications;


    • Own manual and automated testing activities and communicate the status to identified stakeholders;


    • Identify deviations, bugs and system errors and analyze them in partnership with development teams;


    • Interact with product owners, development teams and other stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the product and testing objectives;


    • Deliver documents related to V&V activities from the design phase to the release phase.


    • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new members of the V&V team;


    • Plan the technical roadmap of the V&V team according to the product roadmap and the priorities of the Scrum team;


    • Acts as a point of contact for the POs and the Scrum team to discuss progress, share status, give feedback and inform of any situations and risks that need to be addressed (be the point of contact);


    • Mentor V&V members in the development of technical skills and provide them with what they need to work effectively;


    • Ensure that V&V activities are properly assigned within the team and monitor progress, taking action to ensure objectives are met (planning and execution);


    • Escalate technical issues;


    • Synchronize with other tech leads to support improvement projects, investigations, etc.;


    • Maintain knowledge on V&V practices and applicable standards to ensure that we always have the best practices

    Your profile:


    • University degree in engineering field or dentistery;


    • 1-2 years of experience in similar position;


    • 3 years' experience in a regulated industry (e.g. medical device, pharmaceutical);


    • Fluency and proficiency in English;


    • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001);


    • Advances mastery of computer tools (MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word and database trending analysis);


    • Ability to analyze and synthesize;


    • Ability to manage priorities and be autonomous;


    • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
