    As a key individual, you will be tasked with directly improving service quality by taking charge of its dynamic warehouse team.

    Your experience and knowledge will be the driving force behind ensuring continuous improvement in our warehousing and shipping processes.


    Your strategic role will encompass overseeing operations, managing an exceptional team, leading warehouse projects, implementing software to support these operations, implementing automation processes, and ultimately developing operational standards to ensure optimal productivity and tracking.

    Responsibilities
    Ensure effective space management.
    Motivate and develop a passionate team to ensure exceptional pick-up and shipping services.
    Optimize transportation and stock availability.
    Develop and implement innovative standards and procedures to achieve productivity goals.
    Use your expertise to analyze data, anticipate future needs, and guide departmental evolution.
    Expansion management and problem-solving.
    Proactively address challenges related to warehouse activity growth by implementing creative solutions.
    Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and forward-looking work environment.
    Demonstrate your proactivity by performing any necessary tasks for the smooth
    operation of the warehouses, showcasing your commitment to continuous improvement.

    Qualifications
    10 years or more experience in directing a high-volume distribution center.
    Knowledge of warehouse management systems (Infor/TWL) preferred.
    Proven expertise in personnel management.
    Proficiency in performance indicators.
    Bilingualism required (written and oral).
