- Être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible et travailler jusqu'à 5 jours par semaine.

- Apte à travailler dans un entrepôt où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.

Résumé des fonctionsLe titulaire du poste forme et supervise les manutentionnaires de colis, met sur pied et développe des groupes de travail responsables de la sécurité, de la production et de l'assiduité. Doit établir et maintenir des normes élevées pour la productivité, la précision, le service à la clientèle, l'organisation, la communication, la coopération et la sécurité des comptes. Le titulaire du poste offre un leadership innovant et efficace et cultive une relation de travail fonctionnelle avec tous les niveaux de personnel de l'organisation.
