    Lead Engineer, Platform and Digital Engineering
    Technical Leadership and Guidance
    Project Management and Delivery
    Security Implementation and Compliance
    System Automation and Efficiency
    Monitoring and Performance Management
    Providing technical leadership and guidance to other engineers to ensure operational excellence for digital workplace services.

    Collaborating with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

    Participating in the service development lifecycle to deliver or enhance digital workplace and platform capabilities.
    Steering projects to ensure delivery of business value.
    Planning and implementing system automation for better efficiency.
    Monitoring and testing system performance, preparing and delivering system performance statistics and reports.
    Installing, configuring, testing, and securing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
    Leads implementation efforts for security initiatives and resolutions resulting from internal and external assessments.
    Participating in security reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.
    Continuously monitoring emerging security threats and technologies to proactively adapt security measures and strategies.
    Implementing and performing server and device management security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes.
    Providing critical tier 3 support when needed and/or in an on-call rotation.
    Undertaking other digital workplace and platform accountabilities as assigned.

    Post-secondary education in information systems or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience (e.g., Experience in system development and testing, including Enterprise Security and Financial Service domains.
    Enterprise Implementation and Change Management experience.
    Identity Management Solutions experience, including Active Directory LDAP, Exchange (on-prem and cloud), and ServiceNow.
    Experience with Group Policies.
    Systems and Applications monitoring and alerting experience with tools like DataDog, Solarwinds Orion, and Splunk.
    Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.

    Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Citrix, Zerto, Virtualization, cloud computing software (VMWare, M365, AWS services), and infrastructure design.

    Demonstrated commitment to a security mindset, with experience implementing security controls, assessing security risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Salary Range:
    BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $110,000-130,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
