    Description
    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for VELUX Canada Inc.
    Our product program includes skylights, sun tunnels, roof windows, sun screening products, as well as smart home solutions. These products help to ensure a healthy and sustainable indoor climate, for work and learning, for play and pleasure.

    We have an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English).

    This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc.

    The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with previous customer service experience with the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality.

    Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone
    Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service
    Work events and attend training sessions as required
    Previous experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside sales
    Superior commitment to customer service
    Creative thinking and problem solving
    Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
    Strong presentation and telephone skills
    Available to work all weekdays and occasional evenings

    Normal Schedule:
