    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Internal Audit and Compliance Officer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing internal audit plans, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    The Internal Audit and Compliance Officer will be responsible for:


    • Developing and executing internal audit plans
    • Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls
    • Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective action
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
    • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action plans
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with external auditors
    • Assisting with the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in internal audit and/or compliance
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
