    Position: Learning Services Consultant

    NIIT and the client have a durable partnership and agreement to deliver diverse learning services to the client's global functions and product groups.

    These services encompass content development, LMS administration, scheduling, event management, learning and technology consultancy, and Learning Advisory services.

    To reinforce the partnership and cultivate a robust working relationship while striving for improved learning results, NIIT is seeking to hire two Learning Services Consultants to collaborate closely with the client in Perth and Brisbane.

    This initiative aims to provide heightened customer and L&D support, an additional local touchpoint for projects and new needs, and act as a source of counsel to help the client teams enhance their skills to bolster business outcomes.

    The Consultants will acquire a profound understanding of the client's HR and L&D strategies, engaging in regular site visits and interfacing frequently with NIIT's teams to enhance the overall partnership with the client.

    The Learning Services Consultant will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to assess requests through a training needs analysis approach and offer guidance on various learning and development solutions, ensuring they align with the underlying learning and business requirements.

    Additionally, they will work on designing and delivering top-notch learning outcomes for the client's Product Group and Functions across different locations.

    The role necessitates developing, attending partner review sessions, identifying improvement opportunities, and addressing any service issues.

    Furthermore, they will keep the client updated on the best practices within NIIT's client base and industry, leveraging NIIT's existing webinars and communications across the client community.

    The successful candidate will hold a degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Consultancy, project management, and stakeholder engagement in the training sector, particularly with significant companies or training providers.

    They must possess exceptional communication skills and a solid track record in stakeholder engagement, governance, and management.

    Prior experience in instructional design, learning advisory, and consultancy for at least 5 years is crucial, along with proficiency in delivering solutions through various mediums like digital learning, VILT, ILT, and VR.

    Moreover, familiarity with learning operations, including LMS administration, scheduling, and event management, is essential. A qualification or accreditation in a learning or training association is advantageous.
