- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and assess clients' satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.
- Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
- Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment.
- Earned an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in accounting.
- Obtained the Canadian CFE and / or possess a Canadian CPA designation, or possess a reciprocal CPA/CA designation recognized by CPA
- Acquired a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs
- Possess bilingual language skills (English and French) an asset
