    What's the role?

    This position is responsible for influencing and serving all Hilti customers, including internal Hilti customers, . field account managers and/or other Hilti team members who have direct relationships with the Hilti customer experience. This position is accountable for achieving profitable sales, providing timely and appropriate customer service and technical expertise with strong orientation to understanding a customer's specialized needs and requirements to ensure the successful achievement of the company's objectives and growth within their assigned Market Organization. In addition, this position requires coaching to support a sales culture and system competency with a focus on eBusiness.

    What does the role involve?

  • Demonstrate adherence to the company's quality philosophy
  • Strategy by partnering with customers and other team members
  • Mentor team members in sustaining and continuing knowledge of existing/new products and applications to promote to customers, including customer engagement activities based on potential class
  • Utilize Successful Selling Skills (SSS), Phone Selling Skills (PSS), and Systems (CEC) to maximize market and customer penetration
  • Participate and demonstrate leadership in company, department and market driven incentives and promotions
  • Drive engagement with high potential and target accounts
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives consistent with the Customer Service One-year plan (OYP) and company strategy through successful utilization of the CEC
  • Generate incremental, profitable sales through clear execution of Hilti's Engagement strategy
  • Responsible to Coach teams to increase online customer base and drive online sales and work with RM to research and generate eB2B opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    What you need is:

  • Minimum 1 year in an Inbound Sales Specialist Role
  • Minimum of 1-3 years sales/management experience
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrated sales and mentoring capabilities required
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SSS, PSS, CEC, and Hilti products and applications
  • Strong interpersonal and written communications skills, presentation skills and a working knowledge of EB2B required
  • Strong knowledge of computer information systems such as Hilti Online, SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strategic planning and organizing skills required. (Phone skilling and Team Scheduling)
  • Ability to adapt to varied business needs and handle multiple projects is required without sacrificing the personalized service of our customer
  • Clear understanding of HNA trade and engagement strategy, including the development of high potential and eB2B accounts
  • Strong teamwork skills, while exceeding individual PMP targets
  • Must be bilingual in English/French
