- Drive business results with Executives by acting as an active and influential trusted business advisor
- Implement HR initiatives and programs that effectively support overall company strategy
- Support functions in executing key HR processes, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning and compensation
- Communicate policy and program changes and ensure successful roll-out of all HR programs
- Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
- Drive organizational design and structure in functions being transformed and ensure right roles and talent are in place to fulfill transformation objectives
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant discipline
- 10+ years of HR experience that include the following:
- 3+ years of experience leading, supervising and coaching a team
- Ability to travel throughout Canada and USA
- Human Resources Certification (CRHA) or equivalent
- Bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)
- Considered as an asset.
- Is agile in responding to the rapid evolution of the industry
- Tracks metrics to achieve ambitious targets and holds self and others accountable to meet performance expectations
- Makes informed and timely decisions to get things done
- Builds and maintains an internal network to support a better overall work experience
