    Description
    Position: Software Developer - Senior
    Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
    Duration: Months Contract + possible extension

    Deliverables:
    • The Justice Technology Services - Digital Design Branch is seeking Software Developers with extensive experience to build a modern cloud-based system and integrate it with internal and external applications
    • Provide application support
    • Support the testing team during system and UAT testing
    • Prepare deployment packages and instructions for builds in Development, UAT, and Production environments
    • Participate in Knowledge transfer
    Technical Skills:
    • Over +years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies, with expertise in web-based applications
    • Experience in Microsoft Azure, web-based solutions, and client-side JavaScript
    • Proficiency in C, .Net Core, SQL Server, Object-Oriented concepts, Database Systems, and Web Development skills
    • Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and Visual Studio
    • Skills in Entity relationship diagrams, technical design, and system customization
    • Excellent analytical, logical, and interpersonal skills
    Technical Skills:
    • Languages & Scripting: C, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, XSL, HM
    • Frameworks: MVC, AJAX, WPF, WCF
    • Web Server: Internet Information Services (IIS)
    • Databases: MS SQL Server
    • Reporting Tools: Crystal reports, Excel, SSRS
    • Development Tools: Visual Studio, MS Project
    • Operating Systems: Windows
    • Data Migration and Reporting: SSIS, LINQ, SSRS
    Criteria - Technical Expertise (Points)
    • + years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies
    Criteria - UI Development & Integration (Points)
    • Experience in Web Development skills like HTML, XML, JavaScript
    Criteria - Database Skills (Points)
    • Expertise in database systems, MS SQL, and stored procedures
    Criteria - Public Sector Experience (Points)
    • + Years of Public Sector Experience
    Must have:
    • + years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies
    • Experience in Web Development skills like HTML, XML, JavaScript
    • Expertise in database systems, MS SQL, and stored procedures
