Key Responsibilities:

Meeting with Project Managers to review installation schedule regularly

Assist head of installation team to better meet manpower and scheduling needs

Communicate with installation team frequently to provide feedback on expectations at jobsite

Coordinate with contractors to support FPS installation projects

Verify contractors' hours and expenses

Support the Director of Plant Operations with issues related to installation

Qualification, Skills & Abilities:

Diplomas graduate with 1 year working experience.

Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Good spoken and written communication skills

Ability in scheduling, meeting arrangement, record keeping highly preferred.
