- Tuesday to Saturday - 3:00 pm PST to 11:00 pm PST.
- Continuously monitoring employee performance and identifying areas of improvement and recognizing success of our talent.
- Facilitate learning, coaching and/or development sessions to ensure the continued success of your team.
- Ensure employee compliance to client processes and schedule matrixes.
- Execute on a variety of programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and skill improvement.
- Regularly communicate with Talent on any updates to schedule, processes or KPI's.
- Support and collaborate with talent to ensure that best possible outcomes are met.
- Ensure when issues arise that resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive and execute process improvements.
- Two years of?customer service (call center/hotel industry) and/or employee management experience
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language
- Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships, inspiring positivity within the team.
- Results-Oriented, hardworking, strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
- Confident with technology to be able to complete basic troubleshooting with talent. Proficient on MS office, outlook and an HRMS system to track performance and talent activity.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Not afraid to say "No"
- Bilingual skills would be an asset.
