    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Corporate Governance Litigator to join our team in Calgary.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in corporate governance matters.

    This includes providing advice on corporate governance issues, drafting and negotiating corporate governance documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.


    The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance litigation, and a strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation.
