This position will require for the successful candidate to work full time at the Toronto Head Office location.Participate in, and often manage, ad hoc projects related to Concur Expense, Travel, and/or our Corporate Card Programs
Assist with day-to-day administration for all corporate credit card programs when required
Monitor Expense and Travel spend and contact employees who qualify for a Corporate Card accordingly
Provide administrative support to Shared Services leadership team when required
Assist with employee inquiries and provide training
Administer Concur Expense platform and work with Concur support for any changes / enhancements that may be required, including testing
Assist with employee inquiries and provide training
Work with TMC for any changes / enhancements that may be required, including testing
Create and maintain training guides, policies, and standard operating procedures
SAP, Concur Travel and Expense experience an asset
Demonstrated computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills would be a strong asset
Ensuring minimal mistakes across all administrative functions
Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
