    Description

    Brim is an established fintech company based in Toronto, focusing on bringing innovation to the Canadian credit card space with its credit card infrastructure and digital platforms.

    At Brim, we merge credit cards and rewards/loyalty in real-time, ensuring our infrastructure is live at all merchants globally.

    Since our initial launch of credit cards in Canada in mid-2018, we have expanded our operations, introducing the Brim B2B platform and forming partnerships with various Financial Institutions, FinTech firms, and large corporates to deliver market-leading product platforms.

    We are on the lookout for a skilled Product Designer who is enthusiastic about crafting effective design solutions for Brim's financial product line.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify user pain points and issues with Brim's products
    • Create wireframes and prototypes for proposed design solutions
    • Collaborate with product managers to enhance existing flows and develop innovative designs
    • Implement UI design enhancements across Brim's product line
    • Apply best practices in UX and UI design
    • Have a strong eye for design aesthetics
    Requirements:
    • Diploma or Degree in design
    • 2-4+ years of experience in digital product design
    • Proficiency in creating user experience flows and wireframes
    • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with project management tools and email software
    • Knowledge of web design and responsive design principles
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
    • Proficient in problem-solving and data optimization
    • Experience in end-to-end design projects
    • Familiarity with web standards and accessibility compliance
    Additional Skills:
    • Conducting user testing and surveys for product usability assessment
    • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
