    Description

    Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. is a proud member of the AutoIQ Dealership Network with 16 dealerships in Central and Southern Ontario representing various brands. We are a team of ambitious and forward-thinking individuals who believe that our people are our greatest asset.

    We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our customer-focused team in a high-volume dealership.

    Purpose/Summary of Position:

    The Sales Consultant plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, following established procedures, and achieving set goals. Collaboration with team members is crucial for driving sales and enhancing efficiency.

    The Sales Consultant guides customers through the vehicle buying process, matching their needs with suitable models, conducting test drives, presenting financial information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Candidates must possess:

    • Unrestricted OMVIC license & dealership approval
    • Valid driver's license
    • Minimum High School Diploma
    • Post-Secondary Education Preferred
    • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
    • Previous retail sales/customer service experience required
