We have an exciting opportunity for a 16-Month Contract Financial Analyst II to join our head office in Richmond, BC .
Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Financial Analyst II will be primarily responsible for monthly management reporting, various analyses and supporting the budget/forecast process.
If you are an experienced finance professional who is interested in data analysis, process improvement and excited about supporting decision making, we want to talk to you.
Prepare monthly reporting/dashboards for the Executive team and other stakeholders, which provide visibility and transparency into product, project, departmental and regional resultsConduct monthly variance analysis, budget-to-actuals to identify trends and insights and communicate with relevant stakeholders to improve accuracy of financial reporting and support decision making
Provide data to support target setting process and complete ad hoc analysis
Maintain and improve financial tools, perform special assignments and projects which contributes to the company's continued growth and development.
Expert knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, formula and comfortable working with large amounts of data); Working knowledge of MS Outlook/Word/Power Point and accounting standards
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports, Power BI or other business intelligence tools
Financial modelling or project management skills.
