    Amazon background
    Description

    Salesforce Developer, AWS Partner Engineering

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has been at the forefront of the cloud computing revolution since its inception in 2006.

The AWS Partner Network (APN) represents a crucial ecosystem that we have cultivated alongside our extensive network of consulting and technology partners.

Its mission is to advocate for AWS across various industries, regardless of a company's size or global location.

The APN offers a range of services, including partner qualification validation, the sharing of leads and opportunities, training and certifications, marketing support, and financial reimbursement, among other benefits.

The dedicated APN Partner team is responsible for both internal and external support for Partner Sales, the APN, and other key elements that drive the AWS partner ecosystem.

Our commitment is to serve three primary stakeholder groups:

the partners who collaborate with us to develop, promote, and sell AWS, the customers who rely on AWS services, and our internal users responsible for fostering AWS sales and partner-based adoption.

The team is working on green field initiative to lay down API foundation for Partner engineering with public APIs.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

In the role of a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role within our team, providing essential support to all our partners.

While your primary focus will be on the platform, you should be open to learning and supporting other technologies, including AWS services, as the need arises.

Your responsibilities will involve creating highly secure, scalable, adaptable, and high-performing solutions.

You will work closely with product and technology teams to design, develop, test, iterate, and deploy new features, integrate systems, enhance existing features, and offer operational support.

Additionally, you will take a leadership role in conducting code reviews and guiding junior team members towards improved design and the adoption of clean, standardized coding practices.
