Job Description:

As the Managing Director of Hyyer Staffing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, with a primary focus on managing existing accounts, driving sales for new accounts, and leading our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Account Management:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.

Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

Sales and Business Development:

Lead the sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand our client base.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales initiatives.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to placement, fostering positive relationships with candidates.

Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
