    IMT GOVERNANCE &


    PERFORMANCE ANALYST:
    ($Reporting to the Director, IMT Governance & Performance, the IMT Governance & Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring and assessment of the IMT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Program. He/She/They will prepare, implement and maintain compliance plans, as well as conduct reviews of processes and procedures relating to GRC policies. The position participates in the delivery of a IMT risk management framework, assessing risk posture as they relate to the organization's information assets. The incumbent also supports the delivery of a system-wide information asset compliance program, ensuring IMT activities, processes, and procedures adhere to requirements, policies and regulations.
    Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline or other relevant field.
    Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employer.
    Considerable knowledge and understanding of the principles, processes, and practices of governance, risk and compliance, risk management, service management, policy analysis, and project/program management
    Strong understanding of key business processes, the inherent risks, potential controls and residual risk
    Strong understanding of GRC configuration and security concepts and procedures
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Ability to work effectively with a team of business users and technical analysts
