    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Event Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and programs. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans and programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
    • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place
    • Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Prepare and submit event reports

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
