    Description
    We are recruiting for an Estimator, Building Automation Controls to join our Burnaby office.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a critical role for the team, ensuring every project begins with proper, professional estimation.

    Visit customer sites for estimate take offs to develop estimates.
    # Read engineering drawings (including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing IFCs/IFTs) and specifications and develop HVAC control system estimates.
    # Select controls equipment and field devices to meet specifications.
    # Provide accurate and detailed project budgets and estimates, including options or change orders.
    # 3+ years of Building Automation Controls commercial solution/services industry experience required. Experience as a Building Automation Controls systems estimator, with experience using Accubid an asset. Reliable Controls and Schneider Electric EcoStruxure systems experience preferred. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree an asset. Class 5 Driver license.
