    Job Description
    • Encadrer, gérer et diriger le service d'animation technique.
    • Établir les lignes directrices, les normes et les critères de qualité pour l'animation technique.
    • Créer l'armature et effectuer le skinning des personnages, des créatures et des accessoires.
    • Mettre en œuvre des personnages dans Unreal Engine 4, y compris les vêtements, les physiques et les blueprints.
    • Collaborer avec des intervenants d'autres disciplines, notamment avec les équipes d'art et d'animation, pour mettre en place un pipeline de développement fluide qui livre des éléments de haute qualité.
    • Créer des outils de pipeline personnalisés et travailler avec les responsables du moteur et du projet pour améliorer continuellement ces outils.

    Job Description:

    • Work closely with animation, design, and programming team to develop and integrate animation data Set guidelines and have a proactive role in communicating between all involved departments.
    • Set guidelines and provide feedback on all rigged assets while paying attention to performance issues.
    • Create animation state machine using Ue5 blueprint as well as cloth, and physics.
    • Work closely with the art department to provide best practice on all character related meshes to ensure a high quality standard.
    • Help identify tools and work with engine and project leads for continuous improvement of pipeline.
    Qualifications
    • Connaissance experte de Maya, avec spécialisation dans le rigging et le skinning.
    • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en animation technique, en développement d'outils et de pipelines.
    • Fortes compétences en Python.
    • Connaissance experte de l'anatomie et du mouvement des personnages.
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de fournir clairement des commentaires techniques sur les tâches, les armatures, les ensembles d'outils et la documentation.
    • Connaissance des technologies actuelles et futures et des tendances dans le domaine des jeux vidéo.
    • Connaissance du rigging facial ou de Metahuman pour les jeux, la télévision ou le cinéma. Expérience en modélisation et en animation.

    Qualifications:

    • Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine animation blueprints/state machine setup
    • Experience with runtime animation tools, techniques, and capabilities.
    • Familiarity with Unreal Engine cloth, Niagara, Havok
    • Familiarity and proficiency with rigging.
    • Familiarity of mocap workflow Proficient with Maya and Motionbuilder.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in technical animation, tools and pipeline development.
    • Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics.
    • Excellent communication skills to clearly provide technical feedback for tasks, rigs, toolsets and documentation.
    • Knowledge of current and future technology trends in video games industry.
